1 pc chicken whole leg
2 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
5g coriander leaves (chopped)
2 pcs red onions (chopped)
2 pcs tomatoes (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce (for the salsa)
Salt and sugar to taste

Product(s) used:


  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce for an hour.
  2. Then bake the chicken in the oven for about 45 mins at 180°C.
  3. For the tomato salsa, mix the chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, red onions, garlic, lemon juice, and Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
  4. Serve the chicken with the salsa.
