Main ingredient?

Chicken, Mee, beehoon etc.






500g ayam kampung meat
300g nasi impit (compressed rice)
50g fried glass noodles
Chinese celery, scallions, fried shallots and peanuts

Ingredients to marinate chicken:

20g turmeric powder
10g salt

Ingredient A (Soup):

Ayam kampung bones
30g onions
20g garlic
20g ginger
2 cubes of chicken stock
2 litres of water
1 sup bunjut

Ingredients to dip:

50g Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy
20g garlic

Product(s) used:


  1. Marinate the chicken and fry until crispy.
  2. Slice into thin crust.
  3. Stir–fry ingredients A until aromatic. Put in water and let it boil.
  4. Serve the chicken soup with nasi impit and Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce as the dipping sauce.
