2 chicken thighs (whole)
10 red onions
5 garlics
2 inch ginger
1 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 lemongrass
1 tsp turmeric powder


2 cups concentrated coconut milk
10 red onions
2 tbsp Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 inch ginger
1 lemongrass
1 lime


2 cups rice
2½ cups water
4 red onions
4 garlics
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 tsp chicken stock

Product(s) used:


  1. Blend the chicken marinade ingredients.
  2. Marinate chicken together with Mahsuri sauces for 30 min. Then grill or bake in an oven.
  3. Prepare percik gravy while chicken is being cooked. Blend red onion, ginger with lime juice, lemongrass and some water.
  4. Put blended mix in a pot and cook with turmeric powder and chili powder.
  5. Put coconut milk and Mahsuri sauces.
  6. Sauté the rice ingredients. Add water, chicken stock and Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce. Cook rice as usual.
  7. Dish is ready to serve.
