Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs (whole)
10 red onions
5 garlics
2 inch ginger
1 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 lemongrass
1 tsp turmeric powder
Gravy:
2 cups concentrated coconut milk
10 red onions
2 tbsp Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 inch ginger
1 lemongrass
1 lime
Rice:
2 cups rice
2½ cups water
4 red onions
4 garlics
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 tsp chicken stock

Method:
- Blend the chicken marinade ingredients.
- Marinate chicken together with Mahsuri sauces for 30 min. Then grill or bake in an oven.
- Prepare percik gravy while chicken is being cooked. Blend red onion, ginger with lime juice, lemongrass and some water.
- Put blended mix in a pot and cook with turmeric powder and chili powder.
- Put coconut milk and Mahsuri sauces.
- Sauté the rice ingredients. Add water, chicken stock and Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce. Cook rice as usual.
- Dish is ready to serve.
