Ingredients:
250g beef
2 cups of boiled rice (kept overnight)
3 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp blended chilli paste
2 tbsp rendang spices
1 egg

Method:
- Slice beef thinly and marinate with a bit of rendang spices and salt for awhile.
- Heat the pan and stir fry the beef half cook and put it aside.
- With the same pan, saute red onions, garlic, blended chilli paste and rendang spices until aromatic.
- Add in Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce and Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce.
- Add rice, mix it well and crack and egg in the middle and spread it.
- Add the beef and it is then ready to serve.
