Ingredients:
500g oxtail
1 sup bunjut
6 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
5 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
1 tomato
1 celery
1 bunch of coriander
2 scallions
2 bird’s eye chillies
1 key lime
Cooking oil
Fried shallots

Method:
- Boil oxtail with 6 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce until tender in a pot, and add in sup bunjut.
- In a different pan, saute red onions, garlic, ginger and bird’s eye chilli. Put it all in the boiling pot.
- Add tomato and celery, let it simmer for 7–10 mins and put in coriander. Close the pot for awhile.
- Ready to serve, with fried shallot and key lime as garnishing.
