500g oxtail
1 sup bunjut
6 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
5 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
1 tomato
1 celery
1 bunch of coriander
2 scallions
2 bird’s eye chillies
1 key lime
Cooking oil
Fried shallots

Product(s) used:


  1. Boil oxtail with 6 tbsp Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce until tender in a pot, and add in sup bunjut.
  2. In a different pan, saute red onions, garlic, ginger and bird’s eye chilli. Put it all in the boiling pot.
  3. Add tomato and celery, let it simmer for 7–10 mins and put in coriander. Close the pot for awhile.
  4. Ready to serve, with fried shallot and key lime as garnishing.
