Ingredients:

Yellow noodles
Tempeh (chopped)
Dried Tofu (cut in cubes)
Garlic (chopped)
Onions (chopped)
Chili Padi
Tomato (chopped)

Sauce Mix:

40g Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce
20g Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce
¼ glass of Water

Product(s) used:

Method:

  1. Stir–fry garlic and onions till fragrant.
  2. Add in chopped tempeh and dried tofu. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Add in chili padi and chopped tomatoes. Stir–fry ingredients till fragrant, add the noodles and toss to combine.
  4. Add the sauce mix and stir through. Drizzle some Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce to taste.

Tips: Add meat or seafood for extra flavour.
