Ingredients A:

500g beef tenderloin (thinly sliced)
30g Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
50g Mahsuri Hot Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredients B:

Potato (diced)

Ingredients C:

50g onions
20g garlic
30g carrot (sliced small)
30g cauliflower
30g baby corn
50g scallion
50g long beans

Product(s) used:

Method:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in A and marinate it for 2 hours.
    2. Stir fry the marinated beef until cooked and put in both Ingredients B and C.
    3. Stir for a while and it’s ready to serve.
