How To Cook Quicker
- Clean chicken, seafoods in advance, before freezing them, except for fish. For fishes, just cut them up and freeze. Washing them will make them turn bad quicker.
- Freeze them according to the portions you are going to use them for. For example, if you usually use 5–10 fishes per meal, don’t freeze 10 in a container. Because we should not re-keep after defrosting.
